The Off The Back Outdoors Youth Pro Staff Program is designed for young anglers who are passionate about fishing, the outdoors, and sharing their adventures with others. We want to help grow the next generation of anglers while promoting sportsmanship, conservation, and family-friendly outdoor experiences.

Youth Pro Staff Requirements

Eligibility

  • Ages 8–17
  • Parent or guardian approval required
  • Positive attitude and love for fishing and the outdoors

Social Media & Content

(Managed or approved by a parent/guardian if required)

  • Minimum of  1 social media posts per week featuring Off The Back Outdoors products
  • Minimum of 4 stories, reels, or short videos per month
  • Share photos of catches, fishing trips, and outdoor adventures
  • Tag Off The Back Outdoors when posting

Community Involvement

  • Promote good sportsmanship and ethical fishing
  • Encourage friends and family to enjoy the outdoors
  • Participate in youth fishing events, tournaments, or community activities when possible
  • Be a positive role model for other young anglers

Product Feedback

  • Provide honest feedback on products used
  • Share favorite colors, techniques, and catches
  • Submit photos and short fishing reports when requested
